Arrangements have been made for hotel rooms at a discounted rate for each location. Below you will find the hotel name, telephone number, and group rate name.  Since hotels are booking for the tourist season, it is recommended that you contact them for reservations as soon as possible!

 

Although many of you will have limited time available for sightseeing, please consider viewing some of what is available at the following website addresses from the Visitor’s Bureau in Fairbanks, Anchorage, Juneau, and the Kenai Peninsula. You may find all of the information that you need on their website, or you may wish to order the free visitor’s guide from each.

Complimentary parking passes on the top two floors in the parking garage to all IDEA Fair registered in-house guests.
