Hand-Out Sacks

Math-U-See will provide carry sacks to all Fair locations. We have noticed in some areas (particularly the larger fairs) that many attendees are not anxious to carry bags throughout the events.  Many plan to pick the sacks up at the door as they leave, and then do not; so we do not order for every attendee.  It is a problem if the bags get too heavy, so ONLY catalogs or flyers that weigh less than two ounces each may be sent to be included in these sacks.  If you want to send catalogs that weight more than two ounces, you must purchase 1/4 or 1/2 tables for display.

At each resource center,  we have arranged for bag stuffers who are raising funds for IDEA approved trips. For our auditing and bookkeeping purposes, we request that you forward your flyers with a separate check made payable to IDEA to each location.

Note to Lesson Vendors - No vendor flyer may claim that the vendor is "approved by IDEA". They may state that they are willing to bill IDEA directly if that is the case. This can take place only after the lessons are completed and verified by IDEA.  First time advertising in hand-out sacks?  Contact the local organizer listed below.

Please send your flyers to the offices below so that they arrive by April 1st.  You may need to ship your items parcel post to save on freight.  Below are listed the IDEA locations, amount of flyers and the needed fee.  Don't forget to specify "Hand-Out Sacks" on your shipment.  Thank you for helping us to provide this service!
